Byline: The Register-Guard Oregon Bach Collegium concert set for Sunday English songs, Scottish folk song settings, serenades and divertimenti for strings, winds, horns and fortepiano will be featured during an Oregon Bach Collegium event at 3 p.
The major objection is to elaborate, improvised fortepiano flourishes and extended keyboard solos during the recitatives, which seem to perplex listeners and annoy critics.
