The programs, developed by the staff of the Data System Design Group of the Office of Standard Reference Data, are written in as neutral a dialect of FORTRAN as possible so that they can be run with little or no modification on any computer having a FORTRAN compiler.
According to Intel, the Fortran Compiler Professional Edition for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X combines the Intel compiler with the Intel Math Kernel Library.
