These men work for Fuchu city, and they have perhaps the strangest municipal job title in the world: Motorboat racing expert.
At age 58, they joined the Casey Tibbs Wild West Show and went to Japan with the troupe for a five-month run in the cities of Fuchu and Nehomatsu.
The company, incorporated in 1965, is headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan, with branch offices covering all of Japan in major cities such as Fuchu, Amagasaki, Sapporo, Osaka, and Tama.
