5 tbsp of garam marsala 2 bay leaves Large chunk of fresh ginger, finely grated Pinch of salt and pepper Fresh, chopped coriander leaves for garnish Now for my two secret ingredients - a small cup of milk and half a cup of tomato ketchup to make the curry sweeter.
