Named after the French for artichoke, the restaurant is a vegetarian venture from Jean Michel Gauffre who runs the city's La Garrigue.
One-star Michelin Chef Philippe Gauffre will join Kendall-Jackson Executive Chef Randy Lewis in the preparation of a spectacular French-American dinner.
