He is one of only five players - Nicklaus, Gene Sarazen, Ben Hogan and Tiger Woods are the others - to have won all four majors at least once.
Player won the Masters in 1961, 1974 and 1978 and he is one of only five men to capture a career Grand Slam, joining an elite group that also includes Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, Ben Hogan and Gene Sarazen.
