In 1953, Prof Giulio Natta at Milan Polytechnic in Italy further developed the breakthrough of that same year by Prof.
Giulio Natta (1903-1979), Italian scientist, Emeritus Professor at the Politecnico-Milano, whose discoveries on the synthesis of steroregular polymers from olefins and diolefins marked a revolution in macromolecular chemistry.
