Elbow Injuries - Research have shown that therapies such as medial counterforce for golfer's elbow may help to relieve symptoms of elbow pain.
Tennis Elbow is also caused when the elbow is overstressed or repetitively overused and affects the outer area of the elbow, rather than the inner area often identified with Golfer's Elbow.
Examples include carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist tendonitis, golfer's elbow, tennis elbow and even "gamer's thumb" (a swelling of the thumb caused by excessive video game playing).
