Suh's analysis may better apportion the responsibility for greenhouse gas emissions among various industries, says Brad Allenby, an industrial ecologist at Arizona State University in Tempe. Green Team: Arnold Schwarzenegger and British Prime Minister Tony Blair signed an agreement last week to exchange information on market-based methods for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and boost research into clean energy technologies. The bill would require the California Environmental Protection Agency to draft regulations to cap greenhouse gas emissions from power plants, refineries and other stationary sources of greenhouse gases. |
