Greywater is that water that contains contaminants from washing; laundry, bath, shower, dishes.
The Water Efficiency category is much more familiar ground, with things like rainwater harvesting, greywater, low-flow fixtures, and xeriscaping.
Just last year I was told by Napa County Environmental Health that home greywater systems were not allowed.
