Veggie sticks and guac or nuts don't wreck the chompers.
And it is not just your standard fayre - one of our favourites is the aptly named Guac 'n' Roll Burger - a juicy burger topped with bacon, cheese and guacamole.
The Santa Fe guacamole (ostensibly traditional, but made by our guac master untraditionally to "give it more flavor" with three chiles -- chopped jalape[+ or -]os, chile caribe red chile flakes, and powdered cayenne) was too salty to eat.
