The Hollywood Hills home has so much going for it: a natural setting, a private street, charming Spanish architecture, a guest house, a lap pool and possibly the best view in L.
The bridge looks enjoyably risky to use, and is in fact not for public consumption--it links the main house on the estate to a guest house, across the lake.
Already, an entrance bridge and entrance road are finished, as is the sales center, two houses are being rebuilt as part of the community complex, and a single-family home may be completed and used as a guest house.
