CENTRAL Delhi on Tuesday crawled to a stop as an 11- hour procession by Sikhs from Sis Ganj Gurdwara in Chandni Chowk to Gurdwara Rakabganj near Central Secretariat stopped traffic for hours on major arterial roads in the area.
As part of the group's mission to improve relations between different cultures, around 10 people visited the Hindu temple in Newcastle's West End, followed by Heaton Mosque, All Saints Church in Gosforth, and the Sikh Gurdwara in Tindal Close, Newcastle.
