n.1.(Zool.) A genus of marine decapod crustaceans, which burrow rapidly in the sand by pushing themselves backward; - called also bait bug. See Illust. under Anomura.

Realistically, there is utter ostracization and no privacy from the medical community (as HIPPA provides in the United States) or financial institutions.
A change in HIPPA rules would require that records be available to patients or auditors on demand.
In a recent issue of Linda Miles "Dynamic Data" newsletter, some of her favorite HIPPA web sites are outlined.
