Leading Operator Mechanic Paul McCann, 32, from Halesowen, died alongside Operator Mechanic Anthony Huntrod, 20, of Sunderland, when an oxygen generator exploded two years ago while HMS Tireless was on a war games operation.
Anthony Huntrod was killed after a blast tore through a cabin of nuclear submarine HMS Tireless in March 2007.
Anthony Huntrod, 20, died from multiple injuries with Paul McCann, 32, who was poisoned by carbon monoxide when they were trapped on board HMS Tireless in 2007.
