Salsa Mexicana is made with chopped fresh tomatoes, chopped onion, habanero chili, and cilantro.
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning 6 scallions, minced 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper 1 fresh Scotch bonnet or habanero chili pepper, seeded and minced 2 tablespoons ground allspice 1 tablespoon crushed red chili pepper 3/4 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons malt vinegar 2 tablespoons canola oil Combine all ingredients.
Their secret ingredient is the habanero chili from the Caribbean.
