Jarred Nelson Davis, 25, was visiting with friends Joshua Bryant and Michelle Lionberger at his Sierra Highway home when he allowed the pair to handle two handguns he thought were empty, according to the report.
I did not feel that such legislation was in the public interest and presented a clear and present danger to law abiding citizens by placing more handguns on the streets.
Handguns that fire in double-action mode have remained popular with law enforcement agencies for many years because officers can transport them with the hammer down, yet ready for action.
