Purplish-pink rack of lamb ($24), moist and tender, arrives with a tingly harissa glaze, crunchy yellow beans and manchego mashers, the latter a substitute for the listed mint- flavored couscous salad.
Awaze sauce is available in African groceries, but if you can't locate it, any red pepper hot sauce, such as salsa picante or harissa, is a good substitute.
Huge platters of meat and couscous were served, along with bread, salads and harissa -- the really hot pepper puree.
