| Indymac Bank has made the following personnel changes: Michelle Minier was promoted to chief executive of Financial Freedom, an Indymac subsidiary; Linda Hitchcock was promoted to senior vice president of the centralized mortgage operations group; and Yolanda Castellanos was appointed branch manager at Indymac's newest branch in San Marino. ``Loyalty's fine until you go broke,'' said Fritz Hitchcock, chairman of Hitchcock Automotive Resources, which owns Ford, BMW and Toyota franchises throughout the Los Angeles area.
