Brothers Simon and Paul Davis, who run the Midland Assured Group, have made their fifth property acquisition in the past year - the former Hobdays pet shop in Leamington's Warwick Street.
Next Wednesday Kevin and the Hobdays celebrate their 10th anniversary at The Pines - and they can look around with pride at a course now in tip-top condition.
