Yet the closest most of us get to a homeless person is driving by them on the exit ramp or dropping a few coins into their hand on the street.
After all, it's quite easy to "love" your puppy or your new cell phone or the Chicago Bears, but it is quite another concept to actually direct love, or deep affection, toward, say, a homeless person.
You won't look at a homeless person in the same way, ever again.
