Accordingly, the council concluded that terrorist organizations PKK, IBDA-C and DHKP-C, as well as TAK, which is an armed branch of PKK, shall continue to remain in the list.
Responsibility was claimed by the Turkish militant group IBDA-C, jointly with al Qaida.
IBDA-C also have a history of claiming responsibility for other people's bombs, in the past claiming both PKK and Turkish leftist attacks as their own.
