That spat began when Sony announced in 1997 that it had obtained rights to the 007 film franchise from Kevin McClory, who collaborated with Ian Fleming on the "Thunderbolt" story.
He dismisses as rubbish the legend that Sir Ian Fleming coined the phrase, "shaken, not stirred" for his 007, James Bond, while sipping a Dukes martini.
I'm referring to James Bond, the super secret agent has been going since the 1950s when Ian Fleming first created the series of novels that have thrilled many generations in book and movie forms.
