Icewine is made from frozen grapes, handpicked at sub-zero temperatures and magically transformed into sublime, honeyed perfection.
In fact, given the choice, I'd rather have a glass of Coteaux du Layon, Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese, Muscat de Rivesaltes or Canadian Icewine than a dessert.
