As previously announced, Swedish Match on July 1 sold its 74 percent holding of the Indian match company, Wimco to a subsidiary of Indian Tobacco Company (ITC).
In addition, the partly owned match company Jamafac in Indonesia has been sold and the sale of the minority shareholding of Wimco to Indian Tobacco Company (ITC) has been concluded.
As previously announced, Swedish Match on July 1 sold its 74 percent holding of the Indian match company, Wimco to a subsidiary of Indian Tobacco Company (ITC).
