In the inauguration ceremony of Khazar Steel Mill, Mehdi Ghazanfari called the manufacturing factory the third link in the chain of crude steel ingot production and said: "With the inauguration of the factory, Iran's crude production capacity of Ingot steel increased to 24 million tons.
