If you are unable to visit the NZNO library, you can request an inter-loan copy via your "home" library, ie the library in which you will be using the material For example, if you are employed at a hospital/district health board you can ask the library staff there to interloan it from the NZNO library.
The judges were Kim Youkstetter, head of the culinary program at Salter College in West Boylston; Assistant Library Director George Brown, who is known for his fine cooking; and Interloan librarian Deb Alger, who selects many of the cookbooks in the library's circulating collection.
I keep a notebook where I list the titles and authors of books I read about in Countryside, see advertised, or find in the bibliographies of other books, and then request them from the interloan library program.
