Architect Josephine Sokolski of JCS Associates will offer pre-construction consulting. Cebrowski, former director of the Office of Force Transformation; JCS expert John Garstka; and DOD expert David Alberts--believe it to be a consequence of the ongoing revolution in combat management. Working to help rebuild the West Bank village of Jayyous, JCS is helping provide and develop different resources in the hopes of providing the residents a way to rebuild the infrastructure and the community that existed before occupation. |
