The Jinli Coal Mine in Jixi City, in the southwestern part of the province, flooded on Saturday while 22 miners were working underground, Xinhua News Agency said.
The tragedy struck early Saturday at a coal mine in the city of Jixi in Heilongjiang province when 22 miners were underground, the official Xinhua news agency reported.
The first blast, on Tuesday, left 24 people dead at the Donghai Coal Mine in Jixi in the northeastern province of Heilongjiang.
