The book is also defiantly Ameri-centric (another irony considering the supposed inclusivity of the 'virtual community' agenda), concerned with 'bull markets', what Frederic Jameson might term 'late' capitalism (hence Marcel Dzama's bull-headed, suit-wearing corporate types on the cover) and various arcana, including Judaistic rituals.
These included its Judaistic background and the major ideas of the Hellenistic environment that later were Christianized.
