Any of various exercises involving controlled contraction and release of the muscles at the base of the pelvis, used especially as a treatment for urinary incontinence.

I gave my kegel muscles a huge clench and duck-waddled inside.
That strengthens the Kegel muscles (the muscles on the pelvic floor) to help prevent the bladder from pushing down on the urethra.
