The letter says: "Following on from a report in the Huddersfield Examiner, I would be grateful if you could confirmas a matter of urgency that all civil parking enforcement will be suspended forthwith in all locations within the Kirklees Metropolitan Borough Council area which are not marked in accordance with the law.
