Caroline Pickering, NALS chairman, said: "All letting agents bearing the NALS kitemark are now fully licensed operators under the NALS scheme.
Novaglaze Gardner & Newton, based at Queen's Mill Road, near Lockwood, has gained the ISO 9001:2008 quality certificate and two specialist British Standards Institute kitemarks.
The site, based in Bordesley Green, has been handed the Training Quality Standard a kitemark awarded by the Learning and Skills Council.
