``Little League's Official How-to-Play Baseball Book,'' by Peter Kreutzer and Ted Kerley, comes with more than 125 line drawings and diagrams, as well as the league's official rules, albeit the 1999 edition. This Rossi collection includes 11 studies by Rodolphe Kreutzer, 12 by Philippe Libon, three by Joseph Mayseder, one by Giovanni Battista Polledro, four by Ludwig Spohr and four by Pierre Rode.
