The capital and largest city of Malaysia, on the southwest Malay Peninsula northwest of Singapore. Founded by tin miners in 1857, it is the commercial and industrial hub of the country. Population: 1,290,000.

This compendium of papers was presented at the World Rubber Summit, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in April 2006.
The Kuala Lumpur studios are in the Petronas Twin Towers, the world's tallest building.
However, the book is worthwhile for the section on skyscrapers alone (particularly the section on the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur which includes details of the Skybridge).
