Tangerines, clementines, pummelo (Asian grapefruit), Oro Blanco grapefruit, kumquats, and Moro oranges (with deep red interiors) are seasonal additions to the citrus menu. For the candied kumquats: In a pot, combine kumquats and simple syrup; simmer over low heat until kumquats are somewhat translucent. |
