I teach a form of yoga called Kundalini yoga that's really awesome, and I credit it to my ability at 45 to still be able to be doing this.
with kundalini yoga and meditation followed by a group prayer and breakfast at a local restaurant.
Yogi Bhajan taught kundalini yoga in the United States, and after class he served a spicy tea to his students, which they called, "Yogi tea.
