I started training with Justin and we did Jun Fan for awhile, Jeet Kune Do, and a basic blend of all these things like stick fighting and stuff like that.
We teach jeet kune do, which is Bruce Lee's technique, based in kung fu.
Both days - Martial arts demonstrations include Brazilian Capoeira, Filipino Kali/Eskrima, Chinese wushu, Jeet Kune Do and Muay Thai, Thai kick-boxing.
