PALMDALE -- Hoping to squelch what the Mormon community believes are misconceptions about its religion, members of Palmdale's Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints performed a re-enactment this past week of the Nativity.
ANERA also recognized Latter-day Saint Charities, which has helped Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza since 2000 by donating 29 containers of personal hygiene items, school supplies, toys, blankets and wheelchairs valued at $2 million.
