Following the presentation by Co-Chairs Ken Moore, interstate Castings, and Susanne Lauda, Siempelkamp, Professor Doru Stefanescu provided an overview of thin-wall iron research.
There was a significant house cleaning, with lots of people finding themselves no longer with the team, from Niki Lauda at the top to the drivers.
But we must ask if the spiritual nature of a lauda, for example, or a chanson spirituelle, or a madrigale spirituale is found solely through its textual subject, or could specific musical characteristics define a work's spiritual nature in the sixteenth century?
