Pat Cosgrave and David Evans combined to land the opening Class 7 handicap with Little Sark, who left it late but got up on the line to foil an enterprising ride from Tom Queally on It's Josr.
Sark is actually two islands, Big and Little Sark, which are connected by La Coupee,a 150 yard walkway built by German POWs,and from the top there are great views of Guernsey and Herm.
The very independent islands of Sark and Little Sark have a limited range of accommodation but make a popular destination for day trips.
