According to Berkowitz, "The historically rich Lower East Side is rapidly becoming one of the City's most sought-after neighborhoods, attracting a diverse array of young professionals, artists, and investment bankers, among others.
In October, they relocated to New York City's developing Lower East Side and opened their own boutique, which they named Valley.
While not a celebrity, Taylor influenced generations of Americans with her semiautographical depictions of a Jewish family living on the Lower East Side and later the Bronx during the 1910s and early 1920s.
