Judge Patrick McCartan yesterday handed down a 12-year sentence to Hynes and 14 years to Mangan - who was on bail for a previous drugs offence at the time.
David Mannix and Andrew Mangan were also caught up in the scandal.
Mangan was charged with staking pounds 3,500 on his side to win, while Harris's total fine includes pounds 500 for betting on at least one other match after he moved to Chester City.
