These marsh terns breed no closer than central France.
Marsh terns rise and wheel, meadow pipits screech and swoop and curlews curl and lew.
Both are marsh terns of Eastern Europe but its been a decade since the former last appeared in North Wales, which has had all three European marsh terns this year with the whiskered tern back in May.
