Wierichs - Mikala and George Wierichs, of Eugene, a daughter.
Peacefully in hospital on 12th April 2009, aged 61 years, Roy ( Brock), beloved husband of the late Elizabeth ( Liz), a dearly loved dad of Michael, a loved father - in - law of Mikala and much loved granda of Laura, Ben, Abbey, Amy and Connor, also a dear brother of Norman and Theresa, Keith and Barbara and uncle of Andrew.
The court heard that the papers have in excess of 15 million readers and that between them almost 100 articles were written mentioning either Murat or the two other claimants, Sergey Malinka and Mikala Walczuch.
