Le caractere intrinsequement relatif de la notion d'immoralite permettant au juge l'exercice d'un arbitraire sans borne me conforte dans mon opinion que les tribunaux n'ont pas a tirer des consequences juridiques--tel le deni ou la minoration de compensation--d'une evaluation strictement morale du comportement de la victime.
Contestable car il n'y aurait de specificite de l'ecriture feminine que celle de l'uniformite de sa minoration par la critique et la posterite.
