These are the Walter Mitty "operators" who are in love with the gear and with talking about it, and who seem to have some vague secret special ops background they can't talk about.
Oh no, not another Walter Mitty coming out of the woodwork bragging how many years since they had a smoke, and advocating lungs outside the body.
