Morgay is sad when it is time to come down from the mountain, but he believes some part of his spirit will remain on top of the mountain forever.
This will remain a legal term in Sweden when all now living are long forgotten, and has already become an Anglo-Saxon custom, known as morgen-gifu, as at Morgay Farm in Sussex.
