ROUND ROCK, Texas -- Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) announced today that the company has received, as expected, a NASDAQ Staff Determination letter indicating that the company is not in compliance with the NASDAQ continued listing requirements set forth in Marketplace Rule 4310(c) (14).
An S&P 500 company, KLA-Tencor is traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol KLAC.
Until a decision is made by the Panel on the other deficiencies, the Company's common stock will remain listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market.
