Yellow-eyed and linen-white flowered Nerium oleander 'Album' will attain a height of up to 12 feet and its design will provide for a relaxed form; as, too, will a medium-sized lantana and I would recommend 'snowflake'.
Further research showed that Nerium Oleander was most abundant in lower altitudes and practically did not exist at high altitude.
All of the plants have been selected for their potential to be grown in the changing English climate, including Agave americana, Bougainvillea glabra, Citrus sinensis, Nerium oleander and Yucca gloriosa.
